With experience in building scalable and data-driven products from scratch across platforms (web, mweb and mobile) and a strong & successful background of coordinating with global stakeholders and delivering products. He has worked across Proptech, eCommerce and travel industry on challenges like discovery, personalisation, engagement, recommendation and conversion.

With 10+ years of experience under his belt, Abhishek is an expert in product management. With a keen eye for building and scaling subscription businesses as well as his previous roles outside of amazon, Abhishek has years of insights that he effectively applies to develop a strong product strategy.

In 2018 Erica joined PayPal to lead a small internal design team at PayPal that is responsible for all of the tools and platforms used to build and run PayPal's business. The task was a daunting one not for the week of heart, it was just the anxiety-induced problem that excited Erica most. Two years later Erica and her team have successfully changed the way the organization operates and thinks about the user.
