The product landscape in 2026 looks different to what many of us expected. 

Layoffs across product teams have been widespread. AI is reshaping what PMs do day-to-day, from discovery to specs, and from prioritization to roadmaps. And product operations has grown from a niche specialism into a function most scaling orgs now consider essential.

Whether you're building a product or leading a team right now, there's a lot of noise to cut through. The events worth your time in 2026 are the ones where you can step back, compare notes with people navigating the same pressures, and leave with things you can actually use.

Insightful. Engaging. Connection. And well curated. I think it's really important for product people to attend times like this because product people are usually so heads down working. They're too busy working, working, working. They never get a chance to actually take a break and think about the craft and how to improve their craft. And, you know, a lot of times when they go to events, I guess they realize the same challenges they're facing, other people are facing, and they get a lot of good tips and advice and, frankly, empathy and therapy from other product people. I think AI is definitely the theme of today, and we are doing some of that, but I'm really keen to get in there and see how we can build on our product and grow it with AI. I would definitely recommend I actually brought one of my, best product managers here as well. We both found it very, interesting, productive. We met many different vendors so we could, actually incorporate into our product and help our customer better. I think Product Led Summit, unlike other conferences that are really focused on covering everything that is trendy and hip in industry, Product-Led Summit focuses on practical takeaways by real people who are doing the same job as you. So it's very relatable, practical, and entertaining to me. It's been amazing. So good to meet people, so many interesting topics, a lot of networking, and of course also great discussions, at the round table is great. So there are many things that I will take away from today, but probably the one that's, the top of mind for me right now is some best practices around prioritization where you want to grow a product while, maintaining a healthy, product ecosystem at the same time.
