Miranda leads the Product and Delivery professions at the Department for International Trade to test assumptions, try ideas, and deliver user-centered services to support UK traders.
She sponsors the portfolio of products that make up DIT’s Trading Environment services: providing support and guidance to exporters and importers applying for licenses, checking regulations, and clearing the UK border. Miranda also leads the Product and Delivery professions across the design, delivery, and iteration of DIT’s digital products and services.
Nicholas Goubert is a product leader with over 15 years of experience in fintech, music tech, and big data. This blend of rich expertise has led him perfectly to his current position as Chief Product Officer at music fintech company Utopia Music. Nicholas has a passion for building strong product creation teams, with an emphasis on cross-functional working, that delivers innovative platform products that shape the future of industries. Prior to Utopia Nicholas led product organizations at Clark, SoundCloud, Native Instruments, and HERE.
Nicholas enjoys mentoring product managers and early-stage leaders as well as advising company founders and management teams.
Warren is the Head of Product for the NHS England National Data Platform. Previously he was Platform Lead at Great.gov.uk. An experienced agile coach and digital product delivery specialist, Warren brings excellent communication skills, a calm head, and a wealth of professional experience. He has experienced continued success in the development of high-performing agile teams and has a passion for building frictionless and compelling digital products.
For over 18 years, Warren has been involved in designing, managing and implementing digital projects in a variety of roles; from roll your sleeves up design, to stakeholder maze leadership. For the last 6 years, He has focused on driving teams that deliver user-centred experiences, using agile values and principles whilst helping senior leadership understand and derive value from agile. Prior to his current work in the public sector, Warren was an agile coach for Cognizant, head of delivery for Homes England, Delivery lead for BT Business, and Global programme manager for Vodafone.Full speaker list
