My name's Tom Ralston, and in this article, I'm going to tell you about some of the things I've learned as a PM over the last decade or so.

I've seen, being in teams and observing other teams, that the best PMs do everything in their power to deliver the most they possibly can for their customers.

I'll share some of the things I wish I would have known earlier in my career, to help me achieve that.


The background for all of this is was my time at Songkick. We grew our audience and our ability to get fans to concerts over 10 times.
