Please introduce yourself.

Hi everyone. I'm Navya, the Chief Product Officer at Peek.com. At peak our mission is to connect the world through experiences. Peek helps consumers book fun activities such as boat rentals and cooking classes, and provides experience operators with powerful software tools to grow their business. Prior to peak, I built new business lines at Style Seat. Style seat is the world's largest beauty marketplace that has fuelled billions of dollars in beauty services. I have also managed large scale products at Uber, Disney and Goldman Sachs.

What will you be discussing at the upcoming CPO Summit?

So I'll be deep diving into a topic that's actually quite close to my heart. Since it's at the cross section of people, innovative products and scalable processes. The topic is called building disruptive product teams, and I look forward to sharing my lessons from different industries and building 10 x projective teams.

What do you think the top three priorities should be for CPOs right now?

So we're living through really interesting times right now with the uncertainty in the macro environment. Three things the CPO should be focused on are first of all driving profitable revenue growth. Think about everything you're working on. It should either drive revenue, save money or reduce risk. Otherwise it's not worth doing.

The second is around driving productivity of your current team by focusing on execution excellence as a CPO. What can you do to reduce distractions for your team? Create simplification speed is one of the greatest business strategies and then third making your company culture a competitive differentiator as a CPO.

What can you do to create the culture that nobody wants to leave? How can you retain your top talent but also inspire them? Empower them, enable them to use the crisis as an opportunity to outshine your competitors?

What are you looking forward to most about the CPO Summit?

So this is gonna be my first in person conference since the pandemic started. So I'm personally really, really excited about the lineup that Product-Led Alliance has created. I'm beyond excited to reconnect with my network that I haven't seen in a long time and also make new connections.
