A little bit about the guest

Sali has more than a decade of experience in the finance and tech industries. During her journey to Argent, she struggled to find clothing options that were bold, practical, and professional and realized there were real tangible impacts to women’s careers based on this.

Argent has been founded to help equip women to take their seats at the table and dress with confidence. The company is creating a movement that’s all about self-expression in and out of the workplace, and its pieces have been worn by powerful women across a variety of industries, from the likes of Kamala Harris to Amy Poehler.

Get involved

Millions of women have been disproportionately affected during the pandemic, having either lost their jobs or been forced to leave the workforce as primary caregivers.

So, from July 20 to August 20, we’ll be taking action - working with Argent, LinkedIn, and Times Up, on their “Back to Work” campaign, providing women with the resources they need on their return to work.

There will be a Virtual Hiring Week to connect job seekers directly with employers. Throughout the campaign, we’ll source a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
