Rather than counting the hours that people are working, we're still focused on creating great things that happen on time. Most of our team is UK-based but we have a few global team members as well. Our UK office hub is in London, but the majority of our teams are remote-first. What matters most is clarity, collaboration, and delivering great outcomes.
