Not only that, you'll also have access to mentors from other professions as well. For those looking to change careers, lateral shifts in your company, or get exposed to other functions, you'll have mentors from other communities in the program – from AI experts to product marketers.

FAQ's for the mentorship program

Can anyone be a mentor?

Generally, only people who are subscribed to our membership plan can be mentors or mentees. But we also have ambassadors and other top-level executives join as mentors.

How many hours do I have to commit to?

It's entirely up to you! You set the pace based on what you’re comfortable with. Whether you can only commit an hour a week or a month, that’s perfectly fine.

Will I have to work weekends?

Not at all. You can if you want, but you choose which days you want to mentor, and they can certainly be Monday to Friday only.

How does matching work?

We use Mentorloop to help pair mentors and mentees.

Mentorloop’s algorithm pairs people across the whole program using your chosen criteria. This helps reduce unconscious bias and makes it easy to create strong matches at scale.

Participants receive a shortlist of suggested partners based on the skills, goals, and interests they shared when signing up. You can browse these profiles, send a request to connect, and the other person can accept or politely decline.

Can I mentor more than one person at a time?

If you’ve got the bandwidth for it, sure!

You can probably sense a theme here...but you own 100% of the ‘when’, ‘how long’ and ‘how many’ elements of the program and you can scale up or down as much as you want.

There is no limit on our end, if you're at capacity, hit pause on the platform to exclude yourself from the pairing process and continue with your existing matches.

What if I don't get on with my mentor?

No worries - sometimes the first match isn’t the right fit.

If that happens, you can simply decline the match and browse other suggested partners. Mentorloop makes it easy to explore new options until you find the right connection.

How will the communication side of things work?

Most of the communication can take place in the chat room when you become a pair on the platform. The first meeting can be carried out on the platform, and then you're welcome to meet again however you prefer going forward.

Can I be a mentor and mentee?

Absolutely! Being an expert in one area doesn't mean you can't improve in another.
