Corbb O’Connor
Director of Accessibility Advocacy, Level Access
Corbb O’Connor leads accessibility advocacy for Level Access. Over the years, he has educated thousands about creating inclusive environments, alongside others with disabilities, in the United States, Canada, and Jamaica.
He’s spent the past six years consulting with the world’s largest business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies to connect them with disabled people and ensure their content is usable by people with disabilities. O’Connor has also started a business-to-business communications firm, U.S. Bank’s accessibility initiative, and a manual testing team.

Jackie Dutot
Lead Engagement Manager (Program and Strategy), Level Access
Jackie Dutot leads Program and Strategic Services at Level Access, where she partners with organizations across industries to build and mature sustainable digital accessibility programs. With over 20 years of experience in disability inclusion and more than 15 years in accessibility program leadership, she specializes in program governance, process integration, policy development, training, and fostering inclusive cultures.
Jackie also leads the Level Access Digital Accessibility Maturity Model (DAMM) Assessments and holds an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction. She has been an IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) since 2016.
